How to modify or discontinue orders in EPIC

​

1. Click the "ORDERS" Tab on the far left of the screen1.

2. Three additional tabs will appear (Order Sets, Orders, & Orders Review) - Click on "ORDERS REVIEW"

3. At the top of the page you will see Refresh, Views, Filter, etc.  - Click on "VIEWS" and then select "ACTIVE MEDS"

4. From there you can select a medication and either discontinue it or modify it. 

 

Note:  If the orders are part of an order set that haven't been released yet, click on "Signed and Held Orders" under the "VIEWS" tab.
