• TKA: spinal with adductor canal block

• ACB: 10mL Exparel plus 10mL Bupivacaine 0.25%, he will use the remaining 10mL of Exparel

• TXA for everyone, usually IV, except for cardiac and stroke patients, please discuss at time out 

• Decadron 4mg IV at the beginning, except in poorly controlled diabetics

• He injects local and Toradol around the capsule, ask if he wants additional IV Toradol at end
