• TKA: spinal with adductor canal catheter with ONQ pump

• THA: Spinal with MAC (oral airway preferred to invasive airway)

• Revisions: larger dose of spinal or combined CSE

• Hip fractures:  Spinal with MAC, Fascia Iliaca block preoperatively (preferred as early as possible)

• Foley Catheter on all patients 

• Is ok with Toradol & Decadron

• He uses TXA in local so usually we don’t have to give it 

• Would like his patients seen by the anesthesiologist on POD #1
